Remember my Princess Party Sparklers? Well I thought they were so so cute so I just had to make miniature ones for cupcake toppers!
I didn't glue in the tulle this time since they were just for cupcakes. I thought these would be perfect for a princess party:)
OH! and tutorial on that cake stand tomorrow!
